All vehicle rentals in Wilmslow require acceptance of a Rental Agreement, which will be presented at the time of booking confirmation or vehicle collection. Booking and Payment Process

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of the Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in any dangerous conduct. Transporting hazardous materials, sub-letting to others, or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of substances, using the vehicle for unintended purposes, exceeding passenger or weight limits, and operating outside designated geographical areas without authorization are also forbidden.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Wilmslow will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the rental amount paid in the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence or fraud.
